Deep purple-black in color, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of black cherry and currant fruits.  The medium to full-bodied palate is elegant with velvety tannins, beautiful purity and outstanding length.  As the wine opens, the long finish lingers with hints of cedary spices and dark chocolate.

The wine has an intense ruby color with a dark violet hue.  The nose has hints of spiciness with notes of fennel and fragrant aromas of cassis and espresso.  The palate is dense with layers of black fruit, licorice and chocolate.  Soft tannins are persistent and tightly knit with finesse.

The wine has a medium to deep garnet purple color.  The nose has hints of spiciness with notes of pepper, liquorice and violets.  The palate is dense with layers of plum, berry and black olive.  Fine tannins with mineral underpinnings and integrated acidity compliment this powerful complex wine.

Layered and bright with a ruby-red rim and lovely perfume notes of strawberry, cranberry and pomegranate candy aromas with notes of orange peel and spice. This elegant, medium bodied wine offers a great intensity of flavors framed by soft tannins and a juicy acidity.

This medium bodied wine is deep, rich and layered on the palate with notes of sweet blackberry interwoven with spring flowers, wild cherries and classic white & green peppercorn spice. The mouth is full, yet not too heavy with a long lingering finish. Approachable now, this wine will evolve effortlessly for 10-15 years.

Deep, bright violet color. Intensely perfumed nose combines blue fruits, candied flavors, and spice. This fruit driven, yet quietly intense wine offers a palate of raspberry and cherry with mineral nuances. Supple tannins give shape to a long velvety finish. This vibrant salmon colored wine has aromas of fresh strawberry, orange blossoms and spicy floral notes. On the palate, vibrant acidity and a complex fruit profile of ripe strawberries and Rainier cherries. The small amount of Carignan added to this wine provides a hint of tartness and leaves a crisp mineral finish.
