2019 Luca's Blend
Intense violet in color. The nose is layered with strawberry, crushed violets and black pepper. The palate is full of dark cherry, blackberry, raspberry and peppercorn with lush tannins. This vintage is all about restraint, refinement and texture. Ready to drink and will age well.

Farming: Biodynamic, dry farmed or minimal irrigation
Winemaking: Field, cluster and berry sorted fruit, 33% whole cluster, fermented in open top stainless steel, natural yeast for primary and malolactic fermentations. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Elevage: 18 months in neutral French Oak barrels for Grenache and 18 months in new French Oak
